Do you have what we need to get started?

For new graduates we are interested in:   

  • Graduates of degree or diploma programs in Computer Science, Data Science, or Business with a focus on technology/data/IT.  

  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented work ethic.

  • Experience participating in case competitions or other team activities is an asset.

We use two interviews in our intake process.  Our first interview is an assessment of your communication skills, experience, and fit for what we can offer.  The second interview has you present one of several case studies to choose from to show us your problem solving, analytical, and presentation skills.
